We select each producer for his philosophy and his willingness to work towards sustainable agriculture and each product for its taste. We promote our regional and national agriculture and only offer seasonal products. All fragile products (salads, aromatic herbs, small fruits etc.) are picked the day before or the day of delivery and at maturity to guarantee optimal freshness and taste.
